Thinking about Christmas in August

There is still a long time, we know, but we will not find us unprepared! We suggest this decoration made easy with the technique of log-cabin.

Here is the list of equipment needed:

• two different patterns of cotton cloth for Christmas
• padding
• the shape of a wooden crib
• gold paint
• gloss varnish brushes

Cut a square of cloth cm. And 15x15 cm wide strips. 7 and long enough to realize the log-cabin.

right sides together sew the first strip on one side of the tile. Always stretch the strip sewn to the outside and proceed all the other sewing always holding the hand sewn to us.

Now cut a square of cloth that we used for the edge of the fabric and a filling that has the dimensions of the tile over. Preprocessing, then a tape to be inserted so that the decoration can be hung. Superimpose the material with this sequence: the two cotton fabrics right sides together with the ribbon in half and finally stuffing. Sew on foot leaving space to run the job.

We paint the crib and stare at the center of the work.

Now our decoration is ready to hang! This is the final result.
